We run a child contact centre in Braintree which has NACCC enhanced accreditation. The facilities help relatives and children have contact and develop relationships. Many people do not realise the importance of children maintaining these relationships and bonds with their relatives, and helping them develop a strong sense of identity and belonging.
As a child contact centre in Braintree, we work with the Local Authority to provide meaningful contact between children and their relatives. Our centre is well equipped with toys and games, to help children and their relatives share different activities and help bond.
Our supervision services include community/escorted contact, where the child and relative can go out and about in the community with a supervisor, or supervised contact within our child contact centre in Braintree. We also offer supported contact, where needed, with an independent adult to offer support and assistance.
From foster care to facilitating. We work with the local authorities to secure children's futures and provide care worker reports within 48 hours. We are flexible and accommodating to the needs of both the council, children and the families. Being independent and objective means that we can give a valuable second opinion, and offer continuity of service.
We have extensive experience with SEN children, giving them the environment and support they need to thrive. Our supervisors have experience with autism especially, offering a welcoming and calming service for children and relatives.
We are located a 20 minute walk from Braintree station and a 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Braintree is a 20 minute drive from both Colchester and Chelmsford. We have ample parking on site if you are planning to drive to us.
Our address is:
